1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Curltine mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Curltine, reachable at [email protected].

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the App.

3. Nature of the Service

Curltine provides cosmetic hair care guidance only. The App is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Always consult a qualified professional for medical or scalp concerns.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

The App offers a free tier with limited scans. Curltine Pro subscriptions (weekly, monthly, or annual) are processed through the Apple App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period via your App Store account settings.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of photos and content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a licence to process it solely to provide App features including AI analysis and progress tracking.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not misuse the App, attempt to reverse-engineer it, use it for unlawful purposes, or interfere with other users' experience.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific curl results or product outcomes.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Curltine shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The full terms are also available at curlyhair.app/terms.
