Refund Policy
Last Updated: August 12, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for Curltine Pro subscriptions. How you subscribed determines who handles billing.
1. Web purchases (Paddle on curltine.com)
If you subscribed on curltine.com, payment is processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (and/or its affiliates) as merchant of record. Paddle issues your receipt and handles applicable sales taxes.
Cancel auto-renewal
Cancel through the subscription management link in your Paddle receipt or customer emails, or email [email protected] and we will help you cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, unless otherwise stated at checkout or required by law.
Request a refund
Email [email protected] with:
- The email address used at checkout
- Your Paddle order or transaction details from the receipt
- A short note about why you are requesting a refund
Refund requests for web purchases are reviewed by Curltine and/or Paddle under applicable law and Paddle's buyer policies. We aim to respond within a few business days. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights in your country.
2. App Store and Google Play purchases
If you subscribed inside the Curltine iOS or Android app, Apple or Google handles billing. Manage or cancel in your store account settings (for example, iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Curltine, or Google Play subscriptions). Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal to avoid the next charge. Refund requests for store-billed purchases must go through Apple or Google under their refund policies.
3. Failed renewals
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle or the app store may retry the charge and send payment update reminders. Pro access may be limited until billing succeeds or the subscription ends.
